We have to choose a color for the stucco. La Habra stucco has a cementitious or an acrylic stucco finish. While the cementitious stucco finish could last for 50 years without repair or re-coating, the acrylic finish will last 30 years without repair or re-coating. Initially the acrylic will be better for achieving a darker finish (as we see with the sample), which seems to be the primary benefit of acrylic over stucco.
